Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped from our central fulfillment center in Kentland, Indiana.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 7–14 business days.

• Note: Due to high demand and carrier network traffic, delivery times may occasionally extend up to 21 days.

Lost or Stalled Shipments ("The 21-Day Rule") While rare, packages can sometimes be delayed by the carrier.

• Stuck in "Pre-Shipment": If your tracking number shows "Pre-Shipment" or has not updated for 21 consecutive days, we deem the package "Lost in Transit."

• Our Promise: In this event, we will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your preference.

• Please note: We cannot issue refunds for delays of less than 21 days if the package is still moving through the carrier network.
