60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We accept returns of the BackRelease Pro™ and our other products within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

How to return

Contact our support team at support@lumovahealth.com with your order number to start a return. Then ship the item to our returns facility:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our Indiana facility, we process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or duplicate arrivals (lost packages)

If you received a replacement for a package marked lost and the original package later arrives, you may keep the second unit as a gift, or contact us for a prepaid return label to send the extra unit back.
