Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders ship from our fulfilment center in the United States. Standard shipping is free for US orders.

Estimated delivery times

Standard shipping (USPS or UPS): 7 to 14 business days. Due to high demand and carrier network traffic, delivery can occasionally take up to 21 days.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Lost or stalled shipments (the 21-day rule)

Packages are occasionally delayed by the carrier. If your tracking has not updated for 21 days, contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund your order.

Address changes

Contact support@lumovahealth.com immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
